energy tax credit. The bill gives tax credits totaling $100 million

OVER $167,200

The City
of Wixom today announced that through refinancing of $3,265,000 of
bonded indebtedness, the City will realize a net savings of over
$167,200 in the next 5.5 years.

The Mayor and City Manager have been
working with a coalition of Mayors and other City Managers from
in and around the nation to secure monies to assist in the
immediate redevelopment of the closed automotive properties and
in particular the Wixom Ford Assembly Plant. These monies could
become available for environmental clean up, redevelopment of
the land and many other uses.
